I’m Zoe Watson, and this is the About Us page for Zoe’s Plumbing and Heating, but really, it’s all about me and my journey to becoming the plumber that hopefully fixes your bathroom or plumbing problem!
I take great pride in my work and my achievements throughout my career. I know if you have a plumbing emergency, all you care is about fixing the problem. I can do that for you, and I’m more than happy to share testimonials and reviews from people like you whose plumbing issues I resolved quickly and with no fuss.
I also know many people don’t invite people into their homes lightly, which is why I’ll tell you about me, the experiences you can trust me, and my story, which keeps me coming back to work each day. Trust me, some days, fixing people’s toilets, sinks or showers is less glamorous than you might think!
I’m here to help with plumbing and heating problems in Redhill and beyond
My name is Zoe Watson, and I live in Redhill with my two boys, aged 6 and 7.
Soon after my second son was born, I started my own business! It’s not that I thought raising two kids was too easy, but the company I had clocked up close to ten years of experience with could only offer me work in the heart of London.
Being out in Redhill with two youngsters wasn’t an option, so I ventured out by myself and Zoe’s Plumbing and Heating was born.
I now have:
- • 15 Years’ experience as a plumber
- • I undertake all manner of bathroom fitting and kitchen fitting services
- • All my installations come with a year’s guarantee
My working hours are five days a week, operating between 9 am and 530pm Monday to Friday. If the job requires it, I can work the occasional weekend, but this isn’t standard; I’ll only do so with prior warning.
Also, two days a week, the boys are collected by their dad, so I can work on or offer a later appointment if required. I have that flexibility, and I can work throughout the school holidays.
Zoe’s Plumbing and Heating is here for you with the same hours and service as you’d expect from any highly experienced, skilled and qualified plumbing company, and I care about the local area.
I offer plumbing and heating services in and around Reigate and Redhill
This is where I live; it’s the world my children know, where we enjoy childcare, and where I work. I’m thrilled to say I do what I love, and while I’d plumb anywhere if the chance arose, I take comfort knowing I help homeowners and businesses in and around Reigate and Redhill.
These are the areas I mainly cover, but if you are not far from me, drop me a line, and I might be able to come to you and fix the problem.
Of course, while I love Redhill and Redgate, that’s not why you should hire me. You should hire me because I am fully Gas Safe registered, and I deliver a comprehensive service when it comes to boiler breakdowns.
We all need hot water at home
I know the pressure of running a family home, and if there is no hot water, it seems as though life is on pause. So, I offer full servicing and installation with boilers, including unvented cylinders. If you have a boiler problem, get in touch.
When it comes to plumbing work, there is nothing that scares me. I've done everything from a dripping tap to showers to a comprehensive bathroom installation, and clients love my work. Also, I offer all manner of leak services, including tracing a leak and ensuring it is repaired.
Also, if the scale of the job requires more people, I have a team of carpenters and electricians to assist me when required.
